Brasier Freeth LLP was born out of a merger between Brasier Harris and Freeth Melhuish, both well respected and established commercial property practices based in the Northern Home Counties. The firm can trace its roots as far back 1874, which according to the Estates Gazette makes us the 22nd oldest firm of surveyors in the country.

The merger in June 2008 increased the range of services offered to our clients as well as expanding the geographical coverage of the businesses. We have an enviable client list for both the business space and retail areas of our business, many of whom we have worked with for many years.
